Our accessibility target

Hot Desk targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA for this website. This is a working target rather than a claim of independent accessibility certification.

How the website supports access

The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, meaningful headings and page landmarks. Layouts adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text, motion is reduced when a visitor selects that preference, and images that convey information include text alternatives.

Forms use visible labels, instructions and status messages. Links and controls are intended to have understandable names, and essential information is provided as text rather than being available only through colour, animation or an image.

How we review the website

Website release checks include automated accessibility testing and browser checks on desktop and phone layouts. We also check representative keyboard paths, focus behaviour, navigation and forms. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier or reproduce every combination of browser, device and assistive technology, so feedback from people using the site remains important.
