Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, Hot Desk receives the information entered in the form so we can assess and respond to it. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or security-classified information through the website.

Form processing

The public website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive enquiries. Enquiry notifications are intended for info@hotdesk.co.nz, a Hot Desk shared mailbox. Information may also be processed by service providers involved in hosting and email delivery.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you choose to allow analytics. If you choose necessary-only use, those analytics scripts are not loaded. You can change the stored choice through the Analytics settings link in the website footer.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to respond, understand the requested service, arrange a discussion and maintain an appropriate business record. We do not use the enquiry form to collect attachments in this release.
